Dagmar has been part of Spectrum's healing team since 1997. A 2001 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, she is also nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork. She uses a combination of techniques for promoting relaxation and pain relief. Dagmar has a special interest in massage and mental health. She strongly believes human touch is essential to our well being. Dagmar also teaches workshops on encouragement and empowerment.
