I am currently enjoying practicing both 5 element acupuncture as well as cranial-sacral therapy at The Spectrum Center for Natural Medicine.

Before moving back to Maryland in 2004, I was working as a birth and postpartum doula and practicing cranial-sacral therapy as well as other bodywork modalities (including pregnancy massage, infant massage, acupressure and Breema) in the Bay Area. My background includes parenting, western herbal medicine, nutrition, traditional medicines of Mexico, ayurveda and a long personal yoga and meditation practice. I have been a holistic health practitioner and educator for the past 14 years. Becoming a licensed acupuncturist has been a point of integration of many of my past experiences and modalities.

I love the honor and opportunity to work with my patients on their personal health goals. Each person is a unique manifestation of creation and I enjoy helping my patients wake up more fully to themselves. I treat newborns, babies, children and adults (including pregnant women).

When I am not with my patients, I enjoy hiking in nature, swimming in the ocean and fresh water and dancing with my friends and family. I live in Silver Spring, MD with my awesome husband and our two lovely daughters.
