Mary practices acupuncture at The Spectrum Center, as well as at Healing Arts of Capitol Hill. Mary received her Master of Acupuncture degree from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, Maryland. Mary believes in the extraordinary potential of all people - adults, children, and teens - to live in health and well being within their body, mind, and spirit. In addition to acupuncture, she uses breathing, meditation, relaxation, visualization, humor, and compassion within her practice.
