Valarie has been a practitioner of the healing arts since 1990 and is nationally certified with both the NCBTMB and NCCAOM. Massage modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial, Structural Realignment, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy. Integrative Asian Bodywork Therapies include Traditional Shiatsu, Zen Shiatsu and Thai Massage. Valarie has studied the healing arts in the United States, Switzerland and China.
